- Lead clear, proactive client communication
- Keep projects, approvals, expectations, and next steps organized
- Translate marketing work into business focused updates
- Partner with strategy and production teams to protect momentum
- Identify client needs, opportunities, and risks early
- Build relationships that support retention and growth

You understand clients and marketing.
- Account management or client success experience
